Phrank tried other opportunities such as being a competitor in the World Famous Hot Dog eating Competition and also becoming a rock star in an 80’s cover band as the lead singer.  Phrank was good at almost everything he tried but his real passion was for wrangling so he decided to go back to where it all began, the cattle ranch.  When he returned Phrank discovered something new, the cattle ranch had been turned into an ostrich farm!  Phrank thought the farm was very interesting and wanted to learn everything he could about ostrich taming so he decided to stay.  The ostrich was a very exciting creature to Phrank and he wanted one as a pet of his own.  He chose the smelliest, dirtiest ostrich on the entire farm and named him Rodrigo.  Phrank was on a mission. 

He and Rodrigo would train together to stay in good health and Phrank noticed how incredibly fast Rodrigo could run; after all he is an ostrich.  Rodrigo was so quick that Phrank could barely keep up with him anymore forcing Phrank to wrangle the ostrich in his tracks.   But Rodrigo even became too strong for Phrank to handle!  He knew that bird did not want to be tamed and began to think of ideas that would help catch Rodrigo and calm him down.  Being a former wrangler and stuntman, Phrank took what he had learned from flying through the air and chasing down cattle to capture the beast.  Phrank roped Rodrigo up and rode on the back of him like a horse to keep him strong and tame.  It was the best ride Phrank had ever been on.
