nce upon a time in the land of Baseballtown, there was a fairy that had a great appreciation for cleaning.  This fairy had the most sparkling, white teeth that Baseballtown Elementary had ever seen.  She loved her young friends, Screwball and Bucky, so much that she would actually brush their teeth for them.

One year for her birthday the Reading Phillies Mascots decided to get her something really special for all that she had done, to help them keep white shining teeth.  They found the largest toothbrush in all of Baseballtown and gave her an opportunity to showcase her talents.

The Mascots let her on to the field and allowed her to clean all three bases and home plate so that the players would have nice sparkling clean bases during the game.  The only thing that the Mascots didn't know was how much she would love bringing a smile to the all of the fans.

Now it is just another Baseballtown Tradition, just like Hot Dogs and Running the Bases.......The Reading Phillies Tooth Fairy.
